July 2015 My poem, "Spring at Dames
Quarter" won third place in the single poem category in the
National Federation of Press Women's 2015 Communications Contest.

2015 Communications Contest. My story, "Come Fly with Me" and
my short-story collection, The Mud Lake Trilogy both won
2nd place in their respective categories.
